got a real scenario here..

Been working in a multinational insurance company for 2 years+ in customer service and was promoted as Team Leader last year. But work sucks. boss is very demanding and you are always on your feet everyday, to prepare yourself in case of being fired or scolded by boss. Also responsible for so many duties and will kena blame and scolded if your junior team members are not performing.
Been thinking of transferring other dept, but boss won't let cos u r already senior and knows the products and process well. Next year end might be promoted to Asst Manager but again, foresee that work will be even MORE sucks than now.
Career prospect will not be much, cos will foresee this position as a comfort zone if continue to stay longer.

Now, offered a job by a multinational bank, also in customer service line. Foresee the workload not as heavy as now cos I'm just an exec, not Team Leader. Salary is few hundred more than current one. They also willing to compensate 1 month salary to pay to the current company. Prospect is much better bcos they allow u to transfer dept (provided u work there for 2 years) and learn other stuff. Benefits and perks are almost the same as current company.

Problem is: need to give 3 months notice, performance bonus will be out end of mac (foresee 2 months). New company wants me to start next month, so i need to resign by next week and give 1 month notice to current company. Will have to let go the performance bonus.

Issit worth it to go?

I a bit noob in Xbox setting,i jus bought a H/T system & plug into Amplifier.
The question i wan to ask are,whether Xbox 360 system can set it to DTS or Dolby Digital when i play the game.
It's is the system sound is been fix or no need to do any setting?
