What would you make of this situation:

girl: loves guy but thinks that her presence causes guy to be immatured and stops guy from growing up because he uses her as a shield to hide from his mistakes and reality. Waiting for guy to change before she returns, which is what she definetly will do because she's been waiting for 4 years or so

guy: blur, selfish, dunno anything type, and can only truly learn through experience but what he does know is how to love and care for the one person he values. He needs to be told to know everything and learning something new is painful and slow for him, probally due to a disability or something. Has a very hard time surviving now that he dosent have his ex gf telling him what to do or teaching him the steps all the time. Has gotten into situations he absolutely hates and he has been able to stand up on his own. Feels that he should try a relationship with someone else before going back to his ex so that he'll know how to treat her right. He really loves her and sees her as a wife, mother and sister..the ultimate consort.

now girl contacts guy again and tells him that she'll be returning soon but will keep a distance until the "change" is permanent. starting to help the guy deal with all the mess that he is in. But he isnt confident enough because he knows if she digs deeper, she'll see that he hasnt changed.

hey guys, if you were terminated under grounds that you cannot perform + an allegation that you stole company's money (for not issuing receipts upon receiving reimbursement, you're a fresh grad and no one explained, there was no proper system prior, and there is little evidence in a way) how would you deal with it?

can it be hidden from my future employer? how would I go about getting employed once more?

hey guys,

I have a CSV file of emails but instead of using commas as a delimiter, it uses line carrige. My collegue needs to add the contacts to yahoo mail and thus needs to add a comma at the end of each line. I dont have a compiler or code, only office 2007. Perhaps some VBA code would help or even better, a readily made program?

this is really a headache.

I used hidownload to download the actual file, which is an MP4 file, but it cannot be played at all even after installing the envivo codec. The quicktime version can be played but not downloaded. Is there any way to play the file? Is it encrypted?

I need to make a scrolling gallery like this. Everything is in place except for the ability to scroll. I've tried looking all over the net and I still cant find how. It is only supposed to scroll when the mouse button is down, and btw I am using flash CS3 which uses ActionScript 3.

Windows server 2003 problem

I have a win2k3 server running as a domain controller connected to 2 PCs as clients. The problem is the clients can see each other in my network place but cannot see the server. the server cannot see both clients as well in that. However, keying in the IP address of the computers as well as typing in the names of the computers works (clients cannot accept server's name tho).

how do I make the server show itself on the client pcs, and how do I make the server see the client pcs?
