[WFR] Room Needed in Putrajaya

I'm looking for a room to rent.If possible Precinct 16 but Precinct 9 or 11 is also preferable.
Will move in 28,29 or 30 June. My budget is RM 150-300 ~ Prefer a room with toilet, master bedroom is ok.

A little bit about myself ~

Gender: Male
Age: 23
Race: Malay
non-smoker, non-alcoholic, very clean =). Prefers house/room that has a fridge. A washing machine would be great.

*I will start working in Putrajaya - Precinct 16 this July.

i heard rumors that they do limit the torrent so that they can earn more , thats y torrent is slow with ~~streamud~~ streamyx, are this really true?

if jaring and ~~tmnut~~ tmnet, which one better for torrent?
