Hi guys and girls. My main Aim is to lose fats and gain some muscle mass. My Stats are as below:

Age: 23
Height: 170cm (Im short)
Weight: 75KG
BMI: 24.4
FAT %: 22.2
FAT Mass: 16KG (I cant believe im made out of 16KG's of fats!!)

I am currently on Rippetoe's program and the numbers are as follows:

Squats: 6reps x 3sets - 70kg
Benchpress(incline,decline,flat): 8reps x 3sets - 20kg
Deadlift: 1reps x 5sets - 20kg
Standing Military Press: 6reps x 3sets - 20kg
Pendlay Rows: 3reps x 5sets - 15kg
Shrugs: 8reps x 3sets - 20kg
Standing Calve Raises: 8reps x 3sets - 25kg
Dips: 8reps x 3sets - Bodyweight (currently with no help)
Chinups: 8reps x 2sets - Bodyweight (currently with no help)

I do workouts on alternate days, mon-wed-fri.

On Tuesdays and Thrusdays i will do the tabata interval by sprinting. but cant finish the whole thing though.it makes me wanna puke.

I am currently already 1 month into Rippetoe's.

Main goal is for bulk with bodyfat of less than 15.

Will be buying some whey this week if my allowance come out. I did some research and everything points to ON's Gold Standard Whey for it price/protein content. My diet consists of mainly protein from chicken and HL milk.

I really appreciate all the inputs and comments but make sure its constructive. Will start logging my daily diets and workouts tomoro. Doing workout B tomoro.

Data Encryption

I tried to find a topic regarding this but to no avail. SO i'll start one of my own. Im wondering if any of you are using encryption softwares or systems? i personally like and is currently using a freeware called TrueCrypt. Powerful features and its free. Currently my whole hard drive including the primary partition is encrypted so in a case of my laptop getting stolen, i dont have to worry about my data being used against me. anyone using any encryption softwares?

For those of you who are paranoid and whats to hide all your AHEM mp3's, Videos, softwares or anything that you acquired illegitimately, or who just wants an extra layer of security, i can recommend 2 softwares that are totally free:

guys..i really cant make up my mind..im 21 now and i seriously flunked in my studies..so i was thinking is it too late to start fresh again?or should i just start working with my spm qualifications and have a steady job when im supposed to graduate if i continue my studies..i still have the drive to study..its just that i have wasted my time and my parents money and i feel bad now so i dont wana burden them anymore and just start working.

if i should choose to study i`ll start from the bottom getting a diploma at local polytech then another 2 years in public uni to get the degree.

if i should choose to work then i`ll start work as a technician at my friends recording company in their research and development side and they`ll send me for training.

Seriouly need advises..GOOD advises..Thank you to lowyat.net forummers who contributes..in dire need of opinions...

guys i have access to behringer stuffs at dealer prices WITH WARRANY so im planning to be a dealer for behringer products.so im asking would you buy behringer stuffs?looking for demands first then if i can see the potential only then will i open these products for sale at LYN.Honestly i think their products are seriously good and are on par and or better then their more expensive counterparts.
