there's 6 raxces in pandora saga: human, elves, drawfs, myrines, enkidos and lapins. Looks more like a fantasy world of medieval europe.

Problem details
First occurence of problem:
Problem frequency: every half/hour
Problem description: frequent disconnection( request time out)

ok half a year ago i hv the same problem but was resolve after the technicia fixed it... and now it's back again..
the same technician was sent to my house n after checking, according to him there 's no problem with the out side line(pole to house).. he said SNR margin dam good around 30 above. But this is wat i get from modem status:

Downstream SNR margin: 13
Down stream Line attneution: 21

Upstream SNR margin: 25
Up stream Line Att: 5

Weird thing is sometimes both the SNR (up/downstream) can reach 30+.. and after 10minutes it goes down to shitty figures(only for down stream SNR). Most of the time im having low SNR

SUmmary:the Down stream SNr is too low... but he said was around 30+..

when i mentioned this to him, he said maybe is the internal house wiring. He suggest me to change the wiring.

so before i proceed to change it, i would like to hear u guys comment on this.

is it really the house wiring?

hi guys need advice from sifus here...

ok i plan to change my modem, current modem is from tm the billion modem..... i think it's crappy..
so im thinking of getting a new modem(router?) tomorrow..
Any suggestion/recommendation wat type of modem i should get? and wat criteria i need to look at in chooosing a modem?

lets say after i buy it do i need to do any configuration or setting? or i jus can plug in use straight away?ima noob in these stuff.
pls help
