Netbook recomendation

Hey,i am in the market for a Netbook but i can't make up my mind yet.

Use:Mainly use for minor programming using software such as MPlab,PICbasic and flip.

I already have a pc with decent specs so this one won't require installation of Altium,autocad etc

Models i am considering now:
(1)Lenovo S10
(2)EEE 1000HE
(3)Samsung NC10
(4)MSI wind(U100 or U120)

Why I can't make up my mind is because of the varying specs,according to you guys,which one would be the best choice and why?

Details of the complaint :

COD on Tuesday night with seller,tested the phone and found to be ok,later when reach home take some pictures/test/play and battery gets low,so i put it to charge.Didn't check if it was charging or not but when i tried to on it on Wednesday it wouldn't on,so i tried the second battery,its on.Plugged in the charger and it still doesn't charge.

I pm'ed and messaged the seller asking for a solution as it still has warranty,he collected the phone from me on Thursday saying that his friends shop will troubleshoot and if it has a problem he will refund,then the same night he pm'ed me saying that the charger is faulty and offering to get a new one for me on Monday (Yesterday),I said ok but plz give me the phone back first,haven't heard from him since then.

His both phone numbers are always busy/unavailable.

I also pm'ed him asking for a refund but he is not coming online.

OC'ed up too 3.4 and found stable,now need a proper cooler before making it permanent!
