using e-Sata

I have a external drive(supports usb and e-sata connectivity), a Sata HDD in it, and i connect it to my pc using e-sata, but i dont see anything on my pc. Usb works fine for me.
I'm using windows vista ulti, Asus P5K-R mb.

what should i do to enable or use the e-sata?

Cannot copy ISO files to thumbdrive

I tried to copy a 2gb ISO file to a 8gb Sandisk Micro Cruzer U3 which has around 7gb free space.
when i try to paste the ISO file into it, the window just prompt saying my pendrive has insufficient space.
i tried lots of ISO files and the same thing happen.

is there any solution for it?

Unable to recognize USB Hub

I don't know how did it happen, but when i touch my usb hub, suddenly my window pop-up saying USB device not recognized. All my device that connect through the Hub not working already.
so i replug into the same port. still the same unrecognize.
I tried to plug in on another usb port, still the same, unable to recognize..
Then i try to plug my usb hub to another pc, it works perfectly fine.

I also tried to plug in thumbdrive, also cant, but my deathadder mouse works.
I even tried to uninstall the driver, after reinstall it, it found new hardware, then it said installed perfectly and working properly.
but after that it said unrecognize and malfunction.
What should i do?
please help..

I only had this problem after i format my pc 2 weeks ago, im running on window xp sp2, fully windows updated.
One day I realise that my pc is getting slower and clogging and spiking. so i open up my task manager and check what program is using up all my process resource, and it's the "system" that keep running on my process. it runs when there's free idle process, for example when there's 50% idle process, the "system" will take the 50% to process dunno what.
FYI it's "system" not "system idle process".
It runs every 1-3 seconds for 2-4 seconds. when i play any game, it keep spike for 3 seconds every 3 seconds.
I compare it with my fren, and the system doesnt even run a single process at all.
I'm sooooo sick of this. Please help me how to solve this.

This modem is provided by TmNet from Pakage RM44 and additional RM5 for modem rental, 800kbps download and 320kbps upload. It requires Login and Password using Dial-up Connection in computer. The modem uses network cable.
What i want to ask is if i want to connect to 2 computer i need to get another HUB, does this modem support HUB? or should i get a router modem with ports ?
