Looking for Wordpress Theme Designer

I would like to hire a wordpress theme designer to design a custom wordpress themes for my blog..
Any designer here and quote me a price?

Normally what is the range of price will be? I found many other wordpress themes designer on the net, most probably they charge $1k+ or $2.5k+... it's killing me.. I think designer in Malaysia will charge lower..

I have a few question about Western Union. Please help to clarify.

Let say I have an Adsense Cheque which is my brother's name. If I have a public bank account, can I send the Adsense Cheque (under my brother name) to my public bank account?

Logically, I think can't send, but I have to confirm and I have to think another way to transfer the money without bothering my brother.

Wimax Vs Streamyx

After a few month Wimax had launched, I think they had received a lot of good comment about them such as fast speed, stablization, subscription fee, and coverage area. So far, I think they're good but currently Wimax doesn't cover my area yet.

Currently I'm using Streamyx and I feel that currently the streamyx line is not stable like usual, always downline and sometimes it's slow..for the price that I give and I doesn't get what I want..

My question is :

1) Do you all face the same problem with me? (Slow network speed, downline)

2) Which one you prefer? Wimax or Streamyx?

Wimax Ready-Laptop ?

My friend just sent me an email about Wimax Ready-Laptop. It is already selling in Indian Market. The price is about $300-$400 (RM900-RM1200).
My God ! That's cheap la .. but depend on spec too.. Wonder when Malaysia will have it too.. Or Malaysia already got it ?

I heard my friend said wimax will be launching by mid of Aug ? Sure or not ?? I'm still waiting for it...
My Streamyx has been suspended due to no pay bill, my brother said we did not receive any bill from them for 3months, end up they suspend us.
My brother pay the bill last week, and did not active until today.

What you want from Wimax ?
