Internet Sharing through USB?

Is there any way I could share internet through a USB cable?
Lets say my uni has a computer room but without any useable programs but internet explorer. I want to use usb(eth plug is used to get lan internet) to share the computer's internet with my laptop? I have usb cables but I prefer a hardware approach to fix this cause the coms here cannot install any other programs or drivers.....I think....

After washing my air filter I must respray a thin layer of oil on it right?
Must I only use knn cleaning kit oil?
Can I use any other oil? Lets say engine oil ? cooking oil? Any sifu can recommend me one?

The water in my radiator bubbles when the engine in on and goes down after some a while.

My engine drinking engine oil.
And my vacuum reading from the usualy 17~18 now it dropped to 14~15.
What could be my problem?

My air cond eats alot of power. It is not the original one. Quite new cause the previous car owner just changed it when I got it. So I dunno what type/brand it is. Anything I can do about it?
And does aircond speed affect the power used by it? Cause I feel it is the same for low or max speeds.

Update:
Anyways RM40 vpower (after price rise and drop again) only go up to 50km. LOL. Full throttle/vtec/8k rev most of the time. Wanna "decarb".

Troubles With Air Fuel Gauges

I might be buying a air fuel gauge. But from several comments and youtube , it seems that air fuel gauge is a risky thing to add or is just totally useless because it just keeps jumping left to right.
So all those sifu sifu out there can give advise?
Or anyone with an air fuel gauge?

PS:Going to buy Option Tuning Brand.

Honda Civic EG6 TCS

I did some googling and found that eg6s have traction control. How does tcs works?
If I change engine block+ECU+GB do I lose TCS?*where is tcs situated?* And I read somewhere that the tcs is under the brake master pump.

PS:My eg6 originally came with auto tanny and tcs. But recently the engine died so I putting in new engine kosong(block and head.) but converting it to manual GB and manual ECU with manual cams.

TCS is a stand alone. Its not in the ecu....
Need to find wiring for it and TCS computer.
