how to shoot f8 during night?

is it impossible to shoot at f8 at night without tripod (street photography)??

if i had to use f1.4 then where i should focus? can i just turn the focusing ring to infinity?

im using film so i dont have autofocus. its a bit pain the ass to manual focus a street scene especially on night.

its better to do drugs than gambling. do you know how many peoples lives got ruined by gambling instead of drugs? gambling people also are less productive than drug addicts, they can sit around the slot machine all day and get addicted by it. how many crimes are motivated by gambling instead of buying drugs? can tell me? you got 10 ringgit better smoke weed and enjoy. but if you lose 600 ringgit on gambling you got nothing. gambling is the gateway to ah long and endless financial problem, it ruins family and society. nobody dies from smoking weed, compared to those who are dead robbing banks and jumping off buildings due to unsettled debts.

then suddenly this black guy and two arab guy sit next to my table. i already suspect somthing fishy then i overheard their conversation about black money business. the black guy even took out a couple of RM50 notes and telling both the arab guy how SAME it is. hmm i wonder if the arabs are getting cheated or they really doing a mutual business. i guess thats why bank negara always change the ringgit notes.
