HELP! JIT Debugger

I tried installing an electrical program namely ETAP. The problem now is that i can't installed it at all. It says that:

"Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2(2). Please check computer setting.
cordbg.exe !a 0x16bc"

What on earth is it?? I really haven't go any clue on what it means and how to solve this problem. Can someone please help me?? I need this program to try out my electrical simulations.

In case this helps.. my laptop is hp pavillion tx1316au operating with Vista Premium. Processor: AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 1.8Ghz.

AIOC Error Lexmark X1270

I have recently bought the Lexmark X1270 3-in-1 printer. When i installed it to my new hp tx1316au notebook, i experienced the AIOC.exe error. Thus, im unable to open the lexmark program for scanning purposes. I can only print nowadays. I tried reinstalling again and now the lexmark program isn't even installed. So i can only PRINT. The peculiar thing is that i have no such problem when installed in my acer 4720 laptop. AND they're both operating with Window VISTA plus my tx1316au is using original vista unlike the acer.

Can some please HELP me!! I cant scan now n i really need the scanning functions by the lexmark. It's so easy to use..

Virus or wat? Unable to rename folder

I currently having a prob.. Whenever i create a new folder or rename a new folder, i get a window saying "The folder does not exist". i can only create new folders with the default folder name "New Folder"

i dun understand y.. this prob juz started this week.. can someone PLEASE HELP ME???

Is it caused by virus or spyware?? im currently using BPS spyware and kaspersky internet security 7.0 and both of em says my sys is clean.. im really clueless.. n my os is vista ultimate.

Acer Aspire 4720 n XP?

Hi.. I juz bought an acer aspire 4720 laptop... I juz luv d spec. unfortunately, the vista os sucks.. a lot of program couldnt run on it... tried installin xp but cant detect it... so i need HELP!! can someone please tell me wat driver to use to install Window XP?? itz really killin me...
