How to make an audio has better quality?

I downloaded some music video from youtube,and I use tube hunter converted it to mp3.

The problem I facing is,the quality of that song is too low,around 64 kbps.

Any software that can higher its quality?Like make it to around 128 kbps.

I wan to reformat my HP's pc,but they din provide me motherboard and graphic card's cd when I bought it,so i cant surf for the web and listen audio using the pc.They ask me to search and download all those missing part from the web,that is the following:

--Data Fax Soft Modem with Smart CP

--High Defination Audio Driver Package - KB888111

--Intel ® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver

--Realtek High Definition Audio Driver

The question I wanna to ask is:

1)Wat is this four thing?

2)Is that really will be solved after downlaod and install all this?

3)How and where should I search to get this?

Wat happen to my pendrive?

Hi,really nid help here.

I hv format my pendrive,I m sure that inside got no file and empty,but everytime when i plug it into my pc,and i scan my pendrive for the viruses,it will show a result that my pendrive hv infected by virus.

And after my antivirus has quarantined that virus,and i format again and scan again,the result will show my pendrive has cleared.

Then i pull out and plug in again without pasting any file or data into the pendrive,and do the same thing,scan for the virus again,the result show tat my pendrive has infected by virus,but i dind't pasting any file into it.

Why is this happened?And my pc is cleared from viruses.

Can anyone give a guide how can i solve this?

Oh my god,this made whole KL or M'sia congested!

I jz got my driving license.And I fetch my sister to her tuition center jz now,and my dad wan to fulfill the petrol of his car,and I m the driving one.We took 1/2 hr to reach my sister's tuition center,and the time we took normally if no transport congestion is about 10 mins.This all caused by the car who take a damn long line to wait for their turn to fulfill the petrol.

After my sister reach there,and I m driving to Petronas petrol station to fulfill the petrol.Same thing,I wait for almost 1 hr to reach my turn.And all the way i waiting at petrol station for my turn was jz non stop horned by others,and scolded by them quietly,I think,as my driving skill is not good,still fresh to road and driving.

What made me want to open this topic is,I saw a group of person quarreling with loud voice at the petrol station.And the person who involved is three mid age men.And the group who involved is don't know each other,who driving a quite expensive car,look like having a good salary and have high education standard.And the situation at the whole petrol station is like in war,the sound of horning non stop,and the voice of quarreling is appeared all around the petrol station.

And i felt pity to the drivers or road users who do not want to go in the petrol station,as their road have been congested by others.

I jz felt like want to sigh for Malaysia's road users,they are impatient,bad tempered arrogant and damn rude on the road.I ever heard and know that Malasia road user is 'great'.And now i oni felt the horror of road after i got my driving license,and now I ady less brave and don dare to drive at the road which under congested.

And the one who ruled the Malaysia is the one too,why they don rise the price 3 days later?To let us have a time to fulfill our petrol.

And I think 'petrol' will be the hottest topic at this forum.or even the whole M'sia!!!

How to go in local uni?

I jz started my STPM last 2 weeks this year,and now i m in holiday.This holiday,is the time for me to consider is the package I taking now is correct or not.I nid advises from u all.

I transfered from Science to Arts as I not interested on Science.

My skul offered 2 package for Arts stream.That is:

Pack 1:P.Am,Economy,Maths S and Account
Pack 2:P.Am,Economy,P.Perniagaan and Sejarah

I m taking pack two as my skul don allow me to take pack one as I do not have the basic of account,and I don like to take Maths too.

But at pack two,another subject is annoying me,that is the sejarah.I really hate this subject,I want to drop this subject and take the subject which I am more interested and confident,that is Chinese stud.I m not want to take law after graduated,and I heard that sejarah only for the student who wan to take Law,if u do not wan to take Law,then it is useless for u to take sejarah after graduated,is it?

But the problem I facing now is,my skul don let me drop Sej,as they said this is the pack they provided,cant drop.And I heard from senior that I can drop it,by u don tick for Sejarah next year when u register for ur STPM exam next year.But jz forget on this.

Here I want to ask,if,jz 'if',if I take Chinese for my xtra subject,and I fail my Sej,but my Chinese,P.Am,Ekon and P.Perniagagan can get C on higher,can i enter local u?Or in more obvious,how do they count for the mark of ur Stpm's result for u to go for local u?

I found a problem on using this,at the first time i download streaming video using this site,it is fast to connect and the download's window appeared in short time,and at the second time i I clicked on the download link,the download's window take damn long time to appear,and sometime won appear at all,any method to solve this?Or any site that is better than this?

Hi all.I have some question here,i know it is very common:

1)I plan to use broadband,but i dono which one is better,like celcom or maxis.I nid a suggestion from the users of broadband.Plz recommend other company's if they provide broadband service too.

2)I am rapidshare user,will the speed very slow when using broadband to download file?I m now using streamyx rm66 package,and the download max speed since i download using rapidshare is 65kb/sec.

3)Is it slow to load if i watch movie using streaming software?

4)Plz state wat is sux at broadband.
