Maybank PM1 Account

for years I have been using Maybank PM1 account. Suddenly they impose a RM5 monthly fee.

2 questions.. can they unilaterally impose a charge without Bank Negara's approval?

Can I close my account by withdrawing all and just leaving RM1.00 in the account. This is because I opened the account when I was in Kl and have been transferred to a different state and it is inconvenient to go back to KL to close the account.

Anti-theft measure

Today's newspaper (Star) said anti - theft measure enabled the police to recover a PDA phone.
Anyone know what this is.

The time I lost my treo 650 I only could cancel my digi card and get a replacement.
I asked Digi and they told me they could not help me trace the phone because the thief did not use my sim card to phone.

A question for all the tax experts and many thanks in advance.

while sorting out my dividend receipts I found a few for Dec 2006 which I have not reported in last years filing.
Do I need to report this and is it possible to do this via e-filing.

RM2 note

Have not seen the RM2 note around for some time. Is it still legal tender or has it been withdrawn because of too many forgeries floating around like our $1 coin?
