bought them a few years ago, like, 4 years ago. but they got stolen.
looked all over wherever they sell dr cardins but i cant find them

turns out its a malaysian company, and they dont have a website... at least not that i can google up.

Project Title: Thrash to Treasures
Project: Media Docking Station

Project Description: Its a media docker that allows you to plug in your media players (MP3 players, MP4 players, iPods, cellphones) and share your music instead of just listening to it alone with your headphones. Plays CD and FM radio.
*some designs integrate drawers and storage compartments to store your small items and tidbits.

Problem: The only materials allowed to be used are used materials as to comply with the theme which is Recycling.

so, oke, i got this project where my team n i want to make housings for speakers.
instead of plain boxes or some simple basic geometry shapes we intend to make fun or happy designs for it.

problem is we need speakers. and radios.
so im pretty much asking u guys if u can donate me your radio or speakers, woofers, any audio related stuffs.
not necessarily need to be top quality or great condition. as long as it works, or maybe minor damages.

actually this project of ours is called Media Docking Station.
basically its a media docking station. just like an iPod docking station. there's a standard audio jack where you can plug into your earphone jack on your media player. so you can play your music through the speakers instead of just listening to it alone.
and it can play cd, and functions like a radio.

but then, we really need materials for this to work. until now we've confirmed to have 1 radio, 1 set of speakers, and maybe another radio.

DIY MP3 player dock/radio with wireless sattelites

for this semester we were assigned in groups to create a functional artwork piece.
and my group had decided to create a working MP3 player dock with radio functions.

personally i want to make the satellites wireless.

the only problem is the only electronic device i had gutted are that old radio in my house, and an MPS70 Sony Ericsson portable speakers.

now i know this may sound like i want help on doing my assignment.
just to clear things out, i got some skills in soldering and wiring. modded a portable speaker into my psp, and some basic idea on how things work.

had some research and i want to know, is it possible to gut these 2 things out

HP Color LaserJet 2500L

my uncle owns this laserjet printer and is already installed in his other pc.
now the pc is not present, so im supposed to connect it with this Fujitsu laptop.
after installing the driver for this printer, tried printing black n white, ok.

but then i printed color and the color is kinda messed up. instead of going to a darker shade of color like dark red or dark blue, it gradually goes to black.
is there anything i should install?. like a CMYK controller or something. dont know much about printers, moreover laserjets.
any help appreciated.

im trying to spend my free time doing ambigrams n also honing my skills in making them
currently im trying to make ambigrams for greek mythology or something and the first one i had made is this which is Thanatos.

lately these few weeks or couple of months i've been experiencing tremors like small earthquakes. not long, just felt like a wave and thats it.

so we're tired of going around in circles asking for directions when we go to new towns or looking for a relative's house n all.
so my mom popped the question about a week ago about buying a gps.
since we'll be saving money and time from getting lost and looking for the right direction again, i guess buying a gps is an investment after all.

but a few days ago we went window shopping for one and they're like, around RM800+-
but previously my bro had suggested my dad to buy a gps phone, so at least he's not wasting money on a device with just one use.

i just want him to buy a gps phone so he'll give me his old phone.

what do u guys think?. dedicated GPS? or GPS phone?

converting from flac to apple lossless

hey guys, i dont know how many times this question has been asked already, but i guess i cant find the solution for it.

i got some flac files, and i want my itunes to play it. problem is when i transfer it into itunes, it converts them to mp3.
the current option in itunes as far as i know, it only will import lossless file from cd. but i already have the files in my pc.

another thing, will itunes be able to deliver lossless quality?. and my speakers are just Edifier, idk what model lol.
and please no "u dont need lossless files, your speaker just chapalang wan" i know. just want to try try.

where can recycle

i got at least 120+- water bottles in my house, and really need to dispose them all since theyre taking up too much space in the kitchen.
dont want to throw them away since it'll be a waste of resources.

anyone know what to do with them?. i want to recycle them, but i dont know where is the nearest recycling center here.
or centers that can come to my place to pick these bottles up, or something... something.. u know.
