HELP! Seagate External HDD cannot be read/access!

I just bought this Seagate FreeAgent Go 500GB external hdd yesterday and today it cannot be read/access no matter what i do!!

My HDD became unformatted!! I just reformat it to NTFS file system yesterday, how can this happen?

it was fine yesterday when i backup my stuff into it and today it just failed like that, all my data is inside the hdd now, is there anyway to recover my data? Will seagate recover my data for me?

Please help.

As the topic, which light bulb is better in terms of performance and quality?

Any one using Raybrig halogen light bulb here? can give your comment if you are using 1?
I plan to buy this Raybrig H4 4000k, can anyone tell me is this bulb is good?

been searching around and most of the website suggest that HID Xenon is better than halogen light bulb in every aspects, so want to hear you guys opinion here about the two type of light bulb.

hi everyone
i am thinking of upgrading my current rig
but do not know whether to buy amd or intel

P4 3.0ghz LGA775
intel D915PGN mobo
1.5gb DDR1 kingston value ram
160gb sata hdd
XFX 8600GT

i want to change the proc,mobo n ram
budget is around RM 1300
most of my usage is internet surfing n gaming
hope experts here can recommend me what can i buy for best value n performance
