Excessive intake of Vitamin C

I tend to vomit after a full meal, hence i used to eat sweets after a meal or whenever i feel like vomitting. As years pass, i change my intake of sweets to Vitamin C thinking it would be healthier.

I currently take around 10-15 tablets a day of

APPETON A-Z KID'S VITAMIN C
Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Vitamin C 30mg.

I've seek doctor's advice, they say a normal adult would need around 1000mg a day hence this 30mg vitamin C is not harmful.

I'd like to know if its harmful to my health? I do take it long run.

This is the 2nd time of the month i got charged for nothing !!!!!
The first month i forgot to take away the setting in Cellular Data on my iphone.
But i was dumbfounded when they still freaking charge me after i deleted the settings!
My 3G is always off, what are the other settings that would charge me GPRS/EDGE/3G ??????

Budget = Less than 3k
Will be using back my 22" Samsung 225BW monitor, currently using dual monitor. Other monitor is just 17" LCD. Hence is it advisable to get another 22" to pair with my new rig?
No need speakers, i've got 5.1 speakers already.

Purpose = Multitasking, surfing the net, chatting, basically need the rig to be fast for multitasking. Gaming is around 20% only.

I recently bought a Belkin G+ Mimo ADSL 2+ to cater for my company staff, but currently facing heavy traffic of staff streaming and downloading videos. How is it possible for me to block it? Will i be able to block them using the Belkin router settings?

RM2500 budget for a multitasking PC

I've RM2500 to play around with as my budget for my new PC.
Would need it to use for normal internet browsing, facebooking, msn, 20% of gaming, 10% of photoshop, documents and must be able to support fast dual monitor multi tasking.

I already own 2 LCDs, 22" samsung bw and 17" benq, i plan to change my 17" to another 22" as my dual monitor. Is it advisable? Any recommendation?

Intel or AMD i don't mind, janji meet my budget and performance for my multi tasking. Recommendation of shop to purchase this unit is very much appreciated too.

Administrator issue in windows xp

i cant seem to enable my network connection, and i think im not an adminstrator in this laptop after i setup AUTO Logon to windows without typing my password.

How am i able to promote my username to administrator now?
Or at least enable my network connection!

By looking at the picture, i who work in 1st floor have extremely slow connections which somehow is brought up to management to resolve the matter. I'm using a Dlink wireless router which definitely is the bottleneck from the only network cable from the hub in 2nd floor.
I have this option from company to have additional 4mb line. What would be the best possible network for the company?
