Animating GIFs

Hello, do you guys have any recommendations of animating GIF files. Currently i'm using VirtualDub to get the frame for video and Animation Shop 3 to resize, edit framerate and make the GIF.

I find that Animation Shop 3 is slow (if theres tons of pictures, then it's going to process it uber slow). Do you guys have a software you used personally and liked it? Recommend me a free software please (No money to buy software ). Thanks

My laptop spec is:
AMD Turion 1.8 Ghz, 712 MB ram.

PS: I've tried Gimp + GAP but encountered serious errors so I decided to stay away from it. The GIFs on my Avatar and Signature is made with the software I mentioned above. Not bad, but i'm sure you guys got a better software

Low SNR Margin And Line Attenuation

Broadband provider
ISP/package: 512
Location: Kj, SS7
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Your kidding me?

Personal equipment
Modem: Aztech 605EU
Router: Hell Yeah!
Firewall used: Duh?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Today
Problem frequency: No idea
Problem description:
I noticed my SNR Margin (Download/Upload) and Line Attenuation (DS/US) is quite.. "abnormal". For Margins they are quite low (minus 5-6 for download/upload) and uprise of quite a few for Line Attenuation.

Anyways, I recently change my DSL cable (Old age, the cable that connects from telephone line to modem). Since yesterday it starts acting all funny (decreasing my margin by half) so I decided to buy a new one. So I went to ALL IT, purchased a 50 FEET LONG Dsl cable (Even though I just need half that length). And OH MY GOD my SNR Margin and Line Attenuation starts acting like describe above.

So my question is, is the length of the cable itself the cause (yes I know the answer is yes), but a proper explanation would be appreciated. Also, is there a solution for this problem (my dsl and telephone line based is quite far because of the desktop pc's location).

I was thinking of purchasing long ethernet cable instead but then again, this modem has a router function and dang, 2 long wire instead of 1 is not very pretty (Too much snakes, eep =P). So, if anyone have suggestion please shoot away.

PS: The download speed is ok even though the SNR Margin's and Line Attenuation are bad. Furthermore, the internet stability is the same before. And no, I don't want to buy another modem/router/switch etc. New cables are always welcome.

PPS: Is there a high quality DSL Cable that is long and can retain a good SNR Margin and Line Attenuation?

Aztech 605EU

Hello, recently this modem is doing acting up all weird and stupid. When i click connect on the modem's page, it usually takes less than 30 seconds to connect fully.

Now it takes like 3+ minutes to connect. And funny thing is, the internet LED keep beaming RED instead of green. After sometime (3+ minutes), then it light's up green.

My question is, is it the modem's fault or it's tmnet's fault. I've tried with/without the splitter and same thing happens. It's damn frustrating just to wait 3+ minutes to change an ip.

Any help would be appreciated.

Slow webpage Loading..

Yo, recently the webpage loads uber slow. So I figured, it was me. But guess again! (ping www.google.com 43ms). So technically, it shouldn't load slow right? wrong!

The loadtime is unbelieable. Its bs. Funny thing, I used a free proxy, the page (any page for that matter), loads up quick and smooth.

So my question is, who's fault is this? My margin's are good(ds 30,up 6), line attenuation is good (<20 for both). If my line is fktup, then why is it when I use a proxy the page loads up fast?

Also, the download speed is ok. Nothing funky. Only the webpage loading speed.. haiz dam siao.

Anyone facing the same problem, and have the solution would be grateful.

Local speed (w/ proxy)

Int. speed.

Hurh? Streamyx is really fuxing up nao zzz..

BTW, I live at SS7 Kelana Jaya.

Windows Xp Keyboard Problem

Hello, my window's xp sometimes have this odd problem. Where the keyboard is not disable, it's just.. I don't know how to say it =\.

[attachmentid=249295]

If you look into the picture, on the command prompt theres some odd letter. When I type any letter in there, those will come up (instead of the letter I typed in).

That's not the real problem. The problem is, the keyboard is completely unuseable. Meaning I cant type anything because of the problem. Also, when I type, the window's alert sound will come out (each time I typed a letter, those alert sounds o_O).

Actually I clicked File > New Task (On the task manager), but instead of the small dialog, it runs cmd.

I already scanned my comp throughly from anti-virus to spyware, yet to no avail. This problem doesn't happen all the time, just not so often.

My question is, is this a keyboard malfunction, windows xp bug, virus or spyware the cause of the problem. Also, a solution (other than reformatting), would be most helpful.

Also, the keyboard is not the problem. The keyboard jam thing happen when I used the old keyboard, and the new ones.

Anyone care to post their opinion on this problem?

Tsk3 sneaky ISP tracking their user's activities so detailed. Who would guess they would make money this way?

For me, every week I will download approximately 7-9 animes and sometimes 20++ eps batch torrent. But since it's TMnut I guess I don't have to worry eh?
