How often should you change a fully synthetic engine oil? Fully synthetic oil can last up to 10000km before requiring a change. But what about the duration? It has been almost 9 months since I last changed my fully synthetic engine oil but I have not clocked up to 10000km yet. So should I change it?

How long could the Proton engine oil filter last? Is it capable of lasting up to 10000km?
