I would like to ask to fellow audiophille on how to connect my logitech speaker z 5500 to astro decoder. Currently im using mini cable to connect my speaker to my astro. I only heard sound from centre speaker only when i set it to dolby setting.

job scope

I need help from you all to guide to solve my problems. I have been working in this company almost 1 year already but i still dont understand my job functions. i dont have any job scope to refer. Sometimes i dont have any works to do and sometimes i need to pretend that i have a work to be done.

Plus, i think my superior has communication problems with me since he always do his work by himself and never tell me if there is any new project. i just get to know it when the project end or i read the progress from the file. There something that confusing me is sometimes the boss will ask me about the progrees of the work even i dont know about it at all.it seems like giving my boss bad impression that i dont know about it which i really dont know and not updated.

Should i refer to my Superior or the HR Dept regarding this matter? please advice.

avoid from parking fees

hi everyone,

Recently i moved to a new office. The problem with the new office is about their parking rate. Its about rm10 per entry. Im working about 22 days and that's mean i need to pay about RM220 parking fee per month. Im thinking to buy a motorcycle since its free parking. Do you guys think that i need to avoid the parking fee and used it to buy a motorcycle or just pay the parking fee? Is there any installment around rm300 monthly to buy a motocycle?

There is no other alternative that i can found.Season parking cost only RM180 but full at the moment.So i need your good advice.

Bro,

I just bought a sony laptop. Its come with geforce 8400m gt graphic card. So I bought 'crysis' games to test. Now the games is lag even i adjust it to low settings. Can i adjust the graphic card memory to make the game run smoother. Im running on 3gb ram.

Dear all,

Im planning to buy a new tv soon. Yesterday i went to a shop to do some survey. What i found is 40inch Samsung LCD TV( LA40S81B) cost me RM4950. Later the shop owner introduce to me to a plasma that cost me only RM4999. This is my first time saw a plasma with that price. The Plasma im refering to is 42 Toshiba 42WP66. Now im a bit confuse weather i should buy the Plasma or the LCD TV.

I want to watch astro and play ps3 with my new TV. Yesterday i see football match on Astro with both Plasma and LCD. I found that i cant track where the ball is with the LCD but fine with me when im watching it on Plasma. I know the Plasma is highly chances to have burn marks esspecially at the ASTRO logo channel but the owner told me that the mark will disappear when i switch on the next time.

Please advice me

I will attending my convocation day around august. So i am trying to reduce my body fat so i can have a lean body. This will motivate me to have a nice lean body. I am serious and put 100% effort into it.

Here is my start progress (26/7/2007):

Height : 170cm
Weight : 83kg (aiming lower to 78kg around middle of August)

Workout : Monday ( chest ,shoulder & Abs)
Tuesday (30mins Cardio)
Wednesday ( Leg & Abs)
Thursday ( 30mins Cardio)
Friday (Back ,Biceps & Abs)
Saturday (30mins Cardio)
Sunday ( 30mins Cardio)

Target heart rate: 75% (150bpm)

Supplement: Whey Protein, Multivitamins, Vitamin C, Herbs Fat Burners

Diet plan: Breakfast ( Tuna Sandwich (Gardinia breakthrough bread) ) or 2 half boiled eggs with no yolks and milk
Lunch ( 3 boiled potatoes)
Dinner ( 1 fruit and a glass of milk)

I have 2 questions on sauna matters.

a. Can anyone tell me an effective ways doing sauna? example first 15minutes , then rest 5 minutes and then continue sauna for 15 minutes

b. Can i bring electronic things inside sauna room such as mp3 players since i feel boring waiting inside sauna room?

Please advice me. Hope everyone can share their knowledge.
