What to do when having nosebleed?

Was half way doing some assignments then started to have nosebleed.

I heard from somewhere that if a person has nosebleed should tilt their head back and squeeze nose-bridge a bit.
However, the blood ended up back flowing into my mouth n i ended up choking on my own blood wtf -.-

what are the proper things i should do when having nosebleed?

i don't know why even after i get 8 hours of sleep per day i still feel really tired.
if i take naps in the afternoon i will end up sleeping from 6pm-7am the next day, and i have no idea why i manage to sleep that much -.-

anyone else constantly feels tired everyday every hour every minute?

given a group project then at the last minute the person who is suppose to do a particular job suddenly says "can u do it? i've got a lot of work to do this week!" but u r taking the same course as them.

or they don't even care about the project given at all then u do everything cause they'll just copy paste everything regardless of whether what they do it right or not as long as got stuff to fill up paper.
