Hi guys, as i do not know about hire purchase financing.

Here is my brother's situation :

He applied HSBC personal loan 10k, his intention is to settle the current car Produa kenari ( 9k grand total , checked with bank, car is under my mom's name ) . And refinance this car to get rm 15k , use part of the 10k to settle the personal loan. Lets assume still have 5k left on hand, 5k is for my grandmom eye operation . ( add-up my own savings should b enuff for whole operation ).

Now my problem is :

(i) refinancing a car to cash out , as i know is follow 2nd hand car interest , although is lower than personal loan, but once he accepted the personal loan, commitment will be counted. Chances to get refinance car loan will be lower, if refinancing car loan not approved, he will bear a 10k personal loan on hand. Agreed? give me some opinion

(ii) refinancing a car , as i know car value depreciate, to follow current market value, im not sure how much margin bank will giving the financing. Any idea?

(iii) HSBC personal loan, as in letter offer said, early settlement no penalty charge, but need to give 3 months prior notice b4 settle. Put myself into shoe, if im the bank , and i let customer do this whole cycle to get "CHEAPER" personal loan which is car refinancing, upon early settlement sure i will charge kaw kaw if not every1 do in this way personal loan will habis.

(iv) in this situation, is it a smart way ? or u guys think got any other better way?

I have already explained to my bro and he dun wan to listen, he havent sign letter offer yet. And my grandmom eye operation cost around 8k~ 10k . As my savings not much so cant really help much on this. So i need u guys to answer all these questions whether my opinion is correct or not.

Hi there im just posting on behalf of my fren. So here it goes :

We are a hostel management company that provide professional budget hostel solution in Ampang.

We provides a basic comfortable accommodation with air condition room that equipped with bed & certain basic necessity. It is located at KL & Selangor. Just 15 minutes drive from the Twin Tower of KL City Center. STAR Light Rail Transit (LRT) Ampang station is just 350 meter from our hostel.

For long-term stay, the montly rental (With utilities fee) would be:

Small Room (with 1 single bed) = RM330 (1 pax) plus 1 month deposit
Medium Room (with 2 single bed) = RM500 (2 pax) plus 1 month deposit
Master Room (with 1 queensize bed & 1 single bed) = RM570 (3 pax) plus 1 month deposit
Whole unit ( included utilities fees + fully furnished - TV, air-con, water-heater etc ) = RM 1,500

For short-term stay, the daily rental (With utilities fee) would be:

I got a question here.
1 of my friend deliver a parcel from TAIWAN to Malaysia for me normally i think would take almost 1 week to 2 weeks time to reach my doorstep. But unfortunately the address i given to him sth wrong on the house number coz mine is No.142 but the 1 i gave him is No.146 so the parcel will direct goes to No.146.

(i) So my question is , is it possible to track my parcel record through malaysia pos service?
P.S my friend just using normal pos from taiwan

(ii) all the parcel which come from oversea to malaysia, wat pos do they use to deliver to the customer?

About wireless desktop keyboard and mouse

Okay today i jus bought the microsoft wireless desktop 700 which is included keyboard and mouse together
im using it currently but i am truly unsatisfied with the range of wireless , the range was extremely short ..pls refer to he attachment below :

the receiver i hav to put extremely near to my keyboard only can detect it. If the receive move behind a little bit
cannot detect at all.. WTF is this called wireless?the range is so short. it shouldnt be like tat rite?

Edit : now even worst , the picture below i was taken when i first plug into my pc and start using it, now more worst , the receiver i hav to move infront of cpu top there ( on top of the cdrom ) then only can detect now zzzz
Is it thre selling me the old stock product? y so lousy 1?
or any other reason? first time use wireless and i experience all this sh1t

Okay here is my story.
Before i shifted i was living in Cheras Tmn Connaught Sri Cendekia Apartment . That time i was using my own registered streamyx line 1.0mb. So far no problem speed running good although i know it cant be reach up to 1mb line but at least got 80% of the speed and without any disconnection.

P.S 1 person use without router nor spliter. Direct conenct the phone cable to my modem.

So after that i have shifted to Tmn Midah which is in Cheras as well just different taman. So of coz i have to shift my telephone line to here too coz i want to keep my existing phone number.
Okay here is wat the problem begin. I realize that after they done transfering my line, my internet speed slow like fargo.
I done on speedtest.net and i realze that my line only reach up 482kbps maximum download speed. My line is 1.0mb ! How come they downgraded my line eto 512kbps? I was like WTF. I called tmnut and ask them to solve this problem for me. It tooks me over 2months to keep calling / pergi TMPOINT HQ / ask technician fix this and that, but it still the same. They never provide me a solution at all. And until now im using 512kb line and paying @ 1.0mb line.

I do not wish to downgrade bcoz its combo 1 ..which mean fixed line and streamyx altogether is rm100 sth i think i forgot.

Now my problem is any streamyx agent here to help me to contact the stupid tmpoint again ? i dun mind to pay i just wan my 1.0mb line bak. And 1 more thing is 1800-88-9515 those operators are just nuts. Repeat the script thousands and thousands times and my problem is still there.

Need help here.

Hi, currently im using sapphire ati hd4670 512mb 128bit gc on my rig.
planning to get another hd4670 work as crossfire..
my question is...can be other brands like gainward...his..palit etc workable when put together wif my sapphire 4670 as crossfire?
will it crash/ performance not fully utilize / hang / or any other effects which may harm my pc?
need advise.

Annoying Live Messenger Updates

b4 this i was using msn live messenger , then few days b4 i saw a thread in lyn , a forumer posted a thread and stated there is a new msn live messenger 2009 so i go and download but it sux after i use that ( bcoz it does not support MSN PLUS ) so i uninstall the whole live messenger 2009 and install my previous version of live messenger.
After i install, i login , during half login, then a window pop out, and asking me ..actually is not asking me, is order me to renew my msn to latest version in order to continue login , or else i cannot login wif my current version msn .. W T F is this? how can i avoid this stupid thing ? i wan to use the old version live messenger zzz

btw i think the power flow is not really normal coz my whole cpu casing (Side panel,back panel etc) i mean the WHOLE CASING , every part of it got electric 1 which means when i trying to open my side panel i will kena shock by electric..any tools that can stabalize those electric flow? need it urgently coz i heard that if it keep continue like this it may harm all my hardware inside my cpu..zzz
