Hi Bro,

Thank you for your inquiry,

My remanufactured/ refill cartridges all are filled in same amount of toner powder with the original product, not 60%. And all are completely "re-manufactured" product with new drum, wiper blade, doctor blade and etc.

FYI, our 2612 remanufactured toner is 160 gram nett (not include of cartridge casing, drum and other weight)

for our CB435 toner is 80 gram nett, refilled cartridge we selling at RM 70.00/ unit or you could provide us your empty cartidge and get RM 15.00 discount.

Please be note that we only do refill for CB435A now, not "Remanufactured" which mean the drum, wiper blade and etc in the cartridge is gonna reuse another cycle. This is due to the new develop drum unit is still unable to perform as per we expected, therefore we don't use it yet.

Bro, I can sell at cheaper price caused I am a manufacturer myself, I am not a dealer, not a reseller like many others, therefore our price are exceptions from dealer/ reseller marked up range.

Beside that, our monthly production quantity of toner cartridge is huge, over 2000 unit every months (to supply to our 4 branches in Malaysia). To our supplier (who supply us drum, wiper, toner powder and etc), they consider us as a big customer, as a big customer, we able to get cheaper supply as well.

Little add on,if you interested to know more about us. In order to reuse the drum, wiper blade, doctor blade and etc in production progress, its have to be inspect carefully first only able to determine whether it is reuse-able or else.
For a mass production line, it just waste of time. But I don't deny the method can work out, with save more cost and have better margin if reuse the part, but it just work for a small volume production line which has more free time.

With producing a problems product for better margin, will just give us more headache of customer complain and etc, We been doing cartridge recycling over 10 years, we choose to have lesser complain from customer instead of look into profit margin only, as we sell more, we could have our profit too.

With all these factors, made us can sell our toner at cheaper price hope that my explanation is understandable by you.

may i know how many gram toner you have refill in Q2612A? is it same as original? or 60% only? because i show your toner is cheaper than other brand. confirm have change new drum, wiper blade, doctor blade and PCR?
