Actually both also can use for HTC tytn II
HTC HS U110 Audio Adapter - 3.5mm - with Stereo Headset = RM170
This only a normal hand free, only got answer call button. but u can change the headset.

HTC E100 Wired Remote Control Black (3.5mm headset inclusive) = RM210
This hand free got remote control, you can play,forward,reverse, pause MP3. You also can change the headset.

And i only sell original item, no sell non-original HTC accessories.

I no have the cat holder that u mention (comes with touch cruise).
But i got original HTC car kit holder package only.
Package include :
Car charger and Car holder.
100% original HTC products from SiS.

Original bukan tak ada.. takut u tak beli sahaja
