K660 pics quality are horrible at night n indoors - worse than a dedicated camera, pic and video vice. I thin a K770 will do better in this area - higher 3.2MP as apposed to 2 MP.

However K660 is a good connectivity device as a high speed modem cos got HSDPA (3.5G) while K770 doesn't have one...pretty smart heh they make some features absent from certain models to make them more marketable.

Google map on the K660 - I don't think it's using using real GPS - it just pinpoints ur current location on the google map (for mobile) using the cellular network or towers triangulation(very useful if you get lost )- need to download map data everytime you zoom in or go to new areas (about 40-50 kBytes, telco usually charge you 10 sen per 10 kB for download if you don't subscribe to unlimited data plan)..pretty kewl features and very accurate btw...it's nothing like the GPS navigational device but a basic location pinpointing feature. I think C702 has the built in GPS with assisted GPS network(using a combination of satellites and towers triangulations).

I can't wait to see how a real GPS work btw with my N78.

I got my K660 AP set from Renee from the garage sales thread - some AP set have marked foreign carrier logos (unlocked phones)..

quality should be similar with ori if you buy from reputable AP distributors like Telstra ( if you read the sticky thread) - Renee sets don't have logos and warranty by Telstra. Her price is very cheap maybe direct from distributor.
