yes they are some of mp3 can do that effect (slow down music speed) but not many of them.... even in my oldies creative nomad jukebox also have this effect in its EAX time-scale function so its not future tech u r seachin for...
but sry i dunno wat specific brand nowadays do have it

why not go for those like ipod shuffle? more portable, n practical too. but i love samsung s2 more. design is better. but i donno whether it is good or not havent tried it

i use yp t10 even when jogging. luv its equalizer. n design n all. even though wires a bit long
