Wonder why your recently opened thread gone? Why?

A. Moved to other forum/section that is more appropriate
- You have a good topic with good replies and exceeding more than two pages, but posted at the wrong section.
- Moderators thinks that you deserve a chance.

B. Deleted
- You did not post in the right section and your thread is pretty much useless/old story/repetitive.
- There was already tons of similar thread which you did not bother to check out or use for your discussion/questions/doubts.
- You're looking for illegal stuffs/warez.
- Posting a sales/buy/business survey in a non-trading section.
- Your thread is lame and does not belong anywhere.
- You are just simply not cool.

You can be considered lucky if your thread received comments and locked.

Dear forumers of Lowyat.Net, I hope that you all will cooperate with me in this small area. Please do not spam anymore in threads about hardware, I see many irrelevant postings in the hardware threads, please try to stick closely to the discussion of the item or hardware, and not side track to such remarks such as these:

"wah, nice card there"
"enjoy yourself with the card"
"when gonna lend the card to me"

etc etc etc.

Secondly, try not to open too many threads based on the same topic, if you have a question, try searching for that topic 1st before posting a new thread. We have many redundant threads around. For Questions and Recommendations or any problems, please post in Hardware Questions and Answers section. The main hardware section is to be used for Hardware Clubs and General Discussion. If you have a review, just post a new post, and the moderators will merge your post for you. Like I've said, the Hardware Section is strictly for discussion of the product, and I would only tolerate one thread for one product, I do not hope to see 3 or 4 Conroe threads or so. We have to be strict due to space constrain.

Thirdly, please do not post stupid remarks, if you're unsure of a certain hardware, don't act smart and reply in that thread, you're just spamming in other words.

Fourthly, if there should be any problems with other forumers, or any general problems, please contact the moderators. If you have any suggestions, feel free to PM any of the moderators in charge.

Lastly, if any of the mods catch you talking without proof, posting many one liners, spamming or ignoring the forum RnR, you will be warned

Thank You in advance, and have a nice day. I hope we can all work together here, your cooperation is much appreciated and it also helps others too.

regards,
aaron_lwm
