i'm using direct connection modem - phone wall socket . modem status is great. wires are good

yet i'm having blinking occasionally since last nite after my modem hanged. Couldn't connect to internet but able to access admin setting. Could this mean it's going to die soon ??

Last time Tmnet had miscaped my connection to 512 per month. And after tons of complaint, they only move it back up, with no refunds at all.

bad connection until the modem itself downscale your speed till 699kbs, better subscribe back 512, coz u cant even get 1mb...it just make ur connection unstable...

My house internal wiring is not a problem as i'm just moved into this newly built house. All the things is new included the router (tested at friend's house). The telekom landline is new too, just installed few weeks ago. Wondering what gone wrong? But I realize when I pick up the phone there is very loud noise, and when there is an incoming call the net will dc. I will call telekom tonight to report it.

Just tell them you are having sharp noises , just call up Telekom and tell them line outside is having issues. Anyway , it also can mean that your internal wiring are giving issues too. But the problem is - your phone line is in a bad shape. Yeah , usually you gotta pay some to do the wiring. But the problem lies within your phone line. That is all. There is no point of calling TM and asking them to change ports , as your quality is bad. that is why you face lots of disconnections and slow speeds.
