watermarking - adobe photoshop cs2 tutorial needed, help help

I wanna know the bro's here put the watermark logo, I have a couple of questions

1. you can automate for most pictures if the resolution size is the same, etc...so what if the picture is smaller?? when u click automate, the text/watermark that comes out would definitely be bigger than the picture.. how to fix those to make sure the text is correct proportion to the picture resolution size.

2. noticed some bros here have "logo" created in their watermark, how to do that??

The photoshooting session duration is 3 hours, model posing in 5 star hotel swimming pool area.

There will be a contest for the participants of the photoshoot session. Participant need to submit only one photo within 7 days from the shooting date. Winner will be announce every end of the month and one best photo will be choosen from all the photo session being held in the same month.

Need help here....i am going to purchase my first flash unit for my canon 450D...since i'm still an amateur and really need some guidance here....i was having a headache choosing between canon speedlite 430 II and canon speedlite 580 II....i read a lot of review and done some reading on flash photogaraphy....i kinda attracted to the amazing picture of stroboscopic effect...not to mention about others....here it's the problem....is it really true that only high end model like 580II capable of storboscopic??? wat bout 430II??? i need some wise advise and it would be better for stating the current market price as well ...thanks...

besides that....i would like purchase my second len that would be a telephoto lens....i was wondering which one suit my camera (canon 450D) the best....canon 55-250 IS....or sigma 70-300mm macro APO DG....can anyone give some ideas.....

A while back I asked what style does certain Polaroid camera's produce. Most people said cross processing. Cross processing look a bit similar and it's nice too so I thought that was it. But I finally found the kind of style I had in mind. What style is the two pictures below in and how do I simulate it in Photoshop?

Olympus E-P1 vs Nikon D5000, Image quality

Hi guys, been reading a lot of E-P1 review over the net for the past few days, and there are a couple of things which i am not sure of,

1. How is the image quality of E-P1 compared to Nikon D5000(Canon EOS500D, or any entry level DSLR) using kit lens supplied by both manufacturer?
2. How bout shooting in the night? Almost all of the review i have read only have daylight photograph, i was wondering if the Olympus can shoot well at night since it has no flash?Kindly compare this to any entry level DSLR(D40/D60, Canon EOS1000D/450D/350D and likewise)?

I am well aware of the advantages and disadvantages of each type of camera, i just hope any kind souls will enlighten me for my queries above(Bear in mind that I am only interested in kit lens performance). Been thinking whether to get D5000 or E-P1 and I just could not make up my mind, my final concern however is still image quality , portabality is 2nd on the list

Finding a fisheye converter for my Lumix Fx-07
I cant screw in the converter in. So the only option is getting an adapter
