I never been there to swim before but planing to swim there twice a week after work since I don't want to wait until weekend only I can take my sweet time to swim at Shah Alam there.
Anyone who swim there before can let me know how deep is their in door pool ??? and also their Operation hour ???? By the way, they open per season like Shah Alam there or just pay and swim until you get tired ????!! Are their provided facility that poor as commented at some random web ???

Dear All,

Did you all heard about this new brand "IMPACT"?

What is the quality of this brand?? Recently i heard a lot from my friends, they say outside now have a lot of duplicate racket.

I saw thru internet -> NEW IMPACT WOOD N90 BADMINTON RACKET <- it is said that is same as "Look Similar to "Li-Ning" Wood N90 used by Lin Dan".

Did anyone tried this brand before? What is the quality of this brand??? Will this type of brand racket easily broken?

For those who used before this Impact brand, for any racket, pls come and share your opinion whether is it good or not, coz i am thinking to buy one.

Hi I have been learning wing chun for quite sometime but recently i found 1 wing chun
centre at Kota Damansara. The sifu there claims that he is practical compare to other schools..... so i went to see
for myself and what i saw open up my eyes!!! My previous sifu is nothing compare to that sifu so i joint
the class only to find out my dissapoinment!! as i could take on the sifu anytime..... he teach a different type of wing chun even put in ground fight!!!! Thats it wing chun with ground fight..... im a wing chun fanatic and this really disappoints me that wing chun has evolve to a different art!!! My sifu even open any challenge to any teachers out there if they thing they are good!! But i think im enough to beat him! So please
to all wing chun students please come and see for yourself what the sifu is teaching!

Am looking for a sports shoe that is suitable for:

1.Constant running, jumping & maneuvering on cement grounds,
2.offers good traction on slightly wet surfaces
3.light
4.offers sufficient harness/ feet protection

my current shoe lacks traction when it comes to slightly wet surfaces i think it's mainly for indoors.

Running Shoe, casual any brand etc as long as they meet the above requirements & ready available in most sports shops. If cheap & on sales offer would be better.

Kindly state the brand & model or post a picture if can as I keep slipping on my current Shoe when the floor is drying up.

Pacquiao vs. Cotto Fight Preview

Manny Pacquiao’s opponent for his November fight was unknown for quite some time. Finally it appeared that Shane Mosley would be the man to step into the ring with him. However, Team Pacquiao and Team Cotto were able to finalize the deal, made all the easier since both men are promoted by Bob Arum and Top Rank Promotions.

Pacquiao will have the clear speed advantage in this bout. He showed the world what his speed could do even at the higher weight classes against the likes of Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton.

Miguel Cotto on the other hand will come into the ring as the naturally larger man, having fought at junior welterweight and welterweight for his entire career. He also has superior boxing skills, while Pacquiao is the more dynamic offensive fighter. Team Pacquiao is also hoping that forcing Cotto to cut weight down to 145 pounds will leave him weaker, and Pacquiao more able to capitalize on that vulnerability.

Which man will have the edge come fight night? Some people wonder how much Miguel Cotto has left in the tank after his beat down from Margarito, however, he has rebounded and gutted out a tough win against Joshua Clottey. And isn’t there ever going to be a limit on Pacquiao, on the size and caliber of the fighters he can continue taking out so impressively?

My Prediction

Pacquiao will finally meet an opponent who is at his prime best. Cotto is stronger, bigger, younger and is fighting at his natural weight. Pacman is a southpaw, faster, more accurate, more deadly when delivering punches. Here is my prediction how the fight will go down

Pacquiao will start the fight much like he did against Hatton, fierce, power oriented, trying to catch Cotto off guard. Cotto will be relying on his signature body punches which will take their toll in the latter rounds. Cotto suffered a recurring cut on his last match vs Clottey, and i have a feeling that cut might play a part in the fight. In the latter rounds, Pacquiao will no doubt have slowed down due to the rib smashing punches cotto has give throughout.

I see Pacman winning this match by unanimous decision as he will most definitely win the majority of the early rounds
