Take part in the 3D-ebook (encyclopaedia) open project

Proposition to CG artists / representatives,

Show off your talent in a noble project and receive repeated royalties until sponsorships ends, published in ebook PDF format with realtime JAVA 3D or interactive pre-rendered sequence in Flash or html. Open to modeller, texture artist, effects and Flash artist.
You can view or check published issues at my website, it is a sponsorship programme pay by manufacturers and businesses all over the world and free to download.

You can be both the artist and a representative, my job is to coordinate to quality control and compile while you provide the pre-rendered image sequences, Flash, video and 3ds Files for JAVA 3D. About 20 to 25 pages in each ebook and you must include simple text / articles to describe the contents for each page, it is a collective effort to build the market and share the profit.

Remuneration,
Pay rates are based on the portion of work and will continue to receive the amount repeatedly based on monthly sales until no more new sponsors (no definitive answer to how many potential sponsors are there in the world ) or we reached the end of our publication covering all possible subjects (about 1 lifetime, I presume), you can register a topic with us to secure the subject (open for contest).
It is advisable to team with others to achieve speed and ensure good quality rendering, preview is needed prior to full rendering and suggestions with examples will be posted in a selected forum or in facebook.

The development history,
It was conceived a few years ago as Children's 3D-encyclopaedia but was halted after the initial feedback and renamed to 3D- ebook because people doubted our credibility to provide educational contents, and was aimed at the web hosting service provider, since they already have a handful of clients, but they are not interested to share (probably afraid of losing their clients).

After that the artists I gathered gone their separate ways, instead of a few individuals, I decided to open the prospect to any experienced artist / author and ask for sponsorships from manufacturer and businesses to cast their brand names into a publication that facilitate knowledge transfer.

Hello, I'm a newbie in Photoshop, I'd like to make the whole poster, which is in JPEG format, become darker, and sharp(include the words and images).

Because of when I photostat the poster (in black & white), the image and words will become lighter and blur. So can I darken the whole poster in JPEG format, in Photoshop?How?or do I need to do it in PSD format poster?
