My number can only call out, cannot send / receive sms and receive call (cannot reached number). When try to call helpline, got cut RM2 even nobody answer. 2 times went to other numbers but still got cut RM2.

Is Happy having network problem? I can't find any related announcement on the website. Any Happy representative here?

I just bought a happy simpack of RM15 with Rm10 airtime. However, my number can only be used to call out, but can't receive any incoming call or message..
I've tried calling the helpline,but they just cut RM2 of my airtime,but no one pick up the call.
Any one here who having the same problem as me but has found solution,please help me..thanks

Hi, I am thinking of getting a new number as i m currently using hotlink campus zone. The sms rate is 0.01cent but calling rate is still expensive....

If my budget is rm 50-rm 80, which postpaid plan is more suitable?? I wish to get cheap call rate to other network, and also cheaper sms rate...

Can anyone suggest to me which postpaid or prepaid plan is suitable for me? Eg: Maxis, Celcom, Digi, XOX, Happy....

I tried porting 010 to Happy but couldn't. It keeps saying "Item is not available" on their website. When i called their call centre, they said 010 is not recognised! Damn, if not recognised, they should have mentioned on their random colour website. Then i wouldnt have spent so much on a VIP number. They also said 018 numbers are not recognised for the moment. Idiots!

Just transferred RM15 to my Happy Line, but it shows reload before 5th March????

last time i report their new rates to Suruhanjaya Komunikasi Multimedia (SKMM) and they really did their job by call me back to hear what my problems..
then last nite i checked my email and got an email by digi to explain their new rate..
what shocking me is they want give to me free airtime RM5..for what? to keep me use happy?
so funny la to drag ppl using happy but they didnt know dat i hate happy now
maybe they already know ppl really hates happy now..

Happy can call to Digi number also at RM0.99!!!!!!When u call between 9am to 5pm.So i think it is a great deal for me because so many of my friends are using Digi.
