SIRIM need approval for my stupid china phone, need for ur assistance

hi last month i buy a mobile phone from china for personal used but kastam hold my shipments that time i told DHL to settle evrything for neccesasry documentation in order to make it release form kastam .. now i already receive the phone with the payments for the charges and approval procedural RM 300 ... today i receive form SIRM malaysia say want ot submmit the phone agn for approval i thoguth i already pay all the things in order to let me release mer rite how come this SIRIM Malaysia send a letter to me ask me send back the phone to them .. honestly the phone from the first also cacat now total cannot boot up i already thorw in the sampah there edy ...geram ... so wat should i tell to them if they take any action ?? or i jux ignore them since i thoguht the dhl already pay all the things edy mer rite and the phone also not around me anymore .... pls advice for this anyone got expreince can give advice here

Few days back.
Ive been excited upon finding a free adoption of hyacinth macaw from a person on adpost.com/my (search sosan delly).

But after few emails with the owner. I became suspicious with the adoption and starting ask question like how much will delivery cost?
from the ad stated that the owner is from KL but after contacting him/her..He/she said that he/she is from Singapore and needed RM700 for the delivery fees. it was so convicing that i almost fell for it..
then i started to google the email address stated "sosanpetos@gmail.com".
and found this

just thought of sharing it with u guys..and be careful of this type of fraud.
ive already reported it to cyber security.

Pulai Springs Johor Bahru, Bad breakfast staff

went over to Pulai Springs JB last weekend. Was raining most of the time. Rooms were very cosy and the swimming pool was excellent for children and adults.

However, weekend break was marred by poor service during the breakfast buffet on the first morning of our stay. The chinese staff was rude and unhelpful when we asked for a baby chair. The breakfast buffet was packed because of a Rotary Conference but for a 5 star resort, such service should not be allowed at all!!! There was only ONE kind and helpful soul called Hafiz that morning. We should have commended him to his captain.

Jet Cool Sdn Bhd, Lousy aftersales service

bought Daikin aircons from Jet Cool Sdn Bhd, Damansara Uptown. 7 months down the line, one of my aircons started making some funny sound. Called Jet Cool to remedy this problem. They sent the engineer to look at it, adjusted the fan which had become misaligned and started scratching the panel. The engineer just had to realign it with a screw driver. The engineer then called his boss Jason which was told to charge me $30 for repair. I reminded them that this aircon was still under warranty. Protested but then got fed-up and paid the engineer... Twice, this Jason guy has been conning money from me. So, I would strongly discourage anyone from buying aircon units from Jet Cool Sdn Bhd and especially from this Jason guy!!!

hi all the online traders,
just wanna let u all know that i had bought sth from someone in lowyat,
she chosen this ISIS logistic as courier method,
first time i heard of it seriously,
and i must said i m very very impressed with their service,
they will call u one day prior and asked whether what time is best for me to receive the parcel,
then i told them 1pm,
they are so punctual and really came at 1pm sharp !!!!
normally other courier service just wont care so much,
they come anytime they like,
if we not at home, they would just leave a msg and ask u go collect the item at their office which is quite irresponsible and inconvenient for us,
so sometime i would rather choose to use not so secure post ekspress instead of those need signature,
but this time after dealing with ISIS,
i think it is a reliable and the best courier service i had encountered so far !!

I need some help from people around here with courier company knowledge.

I'm a perfume seller, and i'm currently facing shipping problem with my supplier in singapore,
the problem is that my supplier increases the shipping fee for each purchase I made.

He's like charging me S$40 for delivery to malaysia by using Pos Laju.
So that is why i'm finding for a courier company in Singapore which is reliable and able to get perfumes from my supplier's company to ship the perfumes to my house.

Pos Laju & normal pos, if no one at home

good day all.

i have a bit confius here between these 2 services.
ok last week i shud receive 3 package which 2 of em using Pos laju while the other one just normal postage.since no one was at home when the postman came so;

-both pos laju they brought back to batu caves and damansara post office.
-the norm post they leave at jusco kepong post office which is near my home.

all 3 postage are from different sender.

is this normal procedure for pos if the item cant be delivered? i thot they're going to call u first?
why pos laju didnt just leave to my nearest post office?

hello guys and girls.. im new here. I just wondering how i gonna check a mail+parcel from USA to Kuching? im local ppl.. just that my friend from USA sent me a mail+parcel 2 days after i sent for her. The problem is that she ardy have my parcel in just 1 week. Now i haven get the mail from her.. is ardy been 3 weeks. So guys.. how shud i settle this? i go to the post malaysia HQ at padang merdeka there(somewhere around) bt they asked me to go pending there check.. coz the pusat mel kuching there is the one handling the process of mails. i purchased an item n got a tracking no from another forumer...bt when trying to track it using pos malaysia website,it wrote 'RECORD NOT FOUND'...why ah?

p/s = ask the forumer again n he told me tat he alredy went 2 post office n clarify the problem...he told me tat pos office staff says item may need 2 days 2 arrived(item suppose 2 b receive 2day )...'using poslaju n delivery from johor 2 kl...'
