Im Lanny. I Bought a Seagate 250MB external Hard disk from WinChance @ Lowyat.net.

It is returned for some technical problems 2 weeks ago. today when i went to get it returned, i found WinChance in Lowyat is closed.

Question 1: have you moved or closed?

Question 2: how can i get my External hard disk back? i have the receipt with me.
