Details of the complaint : phone not working as stated

the story began when my fren asking me to buy n95 for him, after searching for few days, i try to deal with him, because he agreed with my price rm500 cod, since im still in kota bharu, i ask my gf to cod with him yesterday

the seller agreed to give me phone+battery+charger for rm500, u can see from his thread, he never post phone pic, because he said no camera, im ok with that, because my gf can check it for me,

my gf at klcc around 12pm, she said she will cod with him around 2pm,

and nickinson already at klcc also

he said he is tgh makan at teppayanki

then, around 2pm my gf said he still makan

i wonder why he take such a long time to eat

after that my gf sms me, that he going to buy cinema ticket
then i ask my gf to cod with him at cinema
nickinson come with his friend, blonde hair ,slim , height around 170cm
he said he forgot to bring charger, so i sms to 0169165125 ( my gf give me this number to me, because she said, this is the number the guy contact her)

asking for discount more, because need to buy original charger
before this im dealing with him by 0196207922,

then nickinson agreed to discount to rm460 for phone and memory card only

so after my gf check that phone, then she deal , she said she already check wifi, phone and its working

then after reach home , she try to make video call to me
and guess what

the phone keep restart and hang by itself
i ask her to hard reset and format memory card

but still

im really mad , because u can see at picture, from his sms he already told me and confirm me that his phone is perfectly working , based on his thread also, perfectly working! my gf also try make voice call , then its also restart by itself , if his phone got problem he should tell us, and based on his previous thread, i know the other number also him !!

Details of the complaint :

I read the above link, quite interested in his RAM stick, after inquiry, i decided to buy it at RM80 + RM7 postage = total RM87.

It was supposed to be posted out on 18 Nov since he said that he will post it out the next day but he did not do so (refer to the below pic). Finally i received it this morning (20 Nov) and tested it multiple times and different slots in the evening, the RAM stick is faulty and the CPU cannot even boot the BIOS.

I called the number stated on the Pos Express envelope but nobody picks up the call. I have sent him a few PMs before and after i received the RAM stick but he did not even reply. He is still active in the forum but he does not seem to bother about my issue, therefore i decided to get him famous over here.

i juz purchase the ps1 from tis guy.

the item arrive at my hse is 11am and receive by my mom. then she put it on my table. no body touch it.

6.30pm, i back from work. thn i open the box. i notice the seller hvn send me the controler and memory card as agreed b4 payment. thn i use my own ps2 controller to try the console and notice tht the console hv lens problem which totally cnt play the game.

7.00pm, i msg him and ask for refund. hvn reply.

7.04pm, i saw the seller post had been modified. as b4, he said got 3 mth waranty. thn he change to all good sold r not refundable. the modified date and time all been record by lowyat forum as we know.

8.00pm, i pm him again and he reply me. he said no refund as per agreement/ post. thn he argue wth me said i damage the item and try to cheat him. man, i juz open the box less then half hour, hw can i damage the console?? he oso insist tht he alr post me the controller n memory card. damn, am i blind? the whole box was so small n hw can i hvn c the controller which is so big and obvious. call him again and he not answ my phone. then he totally switch off the phone.

then he pm to said even i go to report, i juz can claim the warrantly and not refund. if i insist go to report, then go a head.

Damn.. wht the world is this. i really angry. sure will take legal action against tis guy.

pls aware all ur friend regarding tis guy. the behavior of tis guy suck. even worse then the seller in SG Wang. at least the console they sell still working. not like me, pay more than RM100 to buy a rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I getting sick tat day and my partner- yoongkeen mistaken to pack 2 pair or ram to post to the adress and i only realise this monday.

so we call the customer to get back one of the ram, but the customer said he outstation and his family received the parcel and will return to us.

2nd day, we call him again to ask for the return of the ram, He said we are sent wrong thing (suspose is 1333mhz but not 1066mhz ram).
after i checked i just found my thread give wrong description.

ok, fine. it is my mistake becoz copy paste from internet but not yet checked it.
we had ask the customer to return the ram so we can do refund with extra postage money.
but the customer refuse to do it and argue all is our fault and we need to pay for the lost (let say he buy another pair of ram from other sellers with higher price, we need to pay for the extra! WTF )

We had leave the last messsage to him to send back extra 1 pair of ram (which we sent extra) or 2 pair of ram (if he not satisfy with the goods), and we will bear for the shiping cost.

Details of the complaint :
The story goes like this, i am looking for a phone with garmin since i need to travel around in KL for certain time.

I saw this putochip123 selling his n96 at quite a reasonable price that's why i am asking him to nego. He planned to let it go at rm800. I think that's reasonable then confirm for the deal and set the time and venue to meet.

He told me that he don't know how to come bukit jalil and only can deal at Petronas Sungai Besi during the deal. It's ok i am just taking a cab to there and meet him. Spend rm15 for the cab.

During the COD i had felt the screen responses is slower than the previous n96 i own but i am ok with it since i thought that's the firmware problem. I am in the rush since the cab / taxi fee is counting. After make sure everything in the box and warranty card included i paid to him and back to my living place in KL.

After reach my room, i open the phone box and double check everything about it.And I found that the screen was like keep blinking from blank screen to the normal screen that we should see when we slide up the phone. It's not firmware problem but the ribbon problem as i send to my friend's phone shop and ask him to check for me on the spot.

Then i give a call to putochip and ask about it, he promised that he will come back to Bukit Jalil and refund to me some day on last week. But yet end up with FFK. He even said that wanna replace the n96 with a good condition n82 with cheaper price. But all these promises are just like nothing until now.

He said that the warranty is still available in malacca then i ask him to refund me full amount for the phone that i paid, then he get back the phone to repair and after everything done i will buy back again from him but he refused. I am in the need for a phone with GPS and kinda embarrassed.

I was sending the phone to repair today in a phone shop located in Seremban and would like Mr. putochip123 to pay for the repairing fees since he's wasting my time and money for that. I will ask the shop to issue a official receipt for Mr.putochip if he need one Administrator please check about it and if you all need more information or our conversation i can send you immediately.

Bought from him 2 games, X-blades + Gundam Musou 2. In his thread he stated all games are in English. He PM me as Dynasty Warrior Gundam 2. But upon receiving the game, it was in total japanese. Some of the menus are in English though. Being new to the Dynasty Warrior series (I'm a hardcore gamer, but never played any of the series before even during PS2), it never occured to me that it was different localisation. The games are in excellent condition. Since then I have PM, SMS, call but all were in vain. He was frequently online, but ignored my pm totally.
My mistake was that I didn't find out about the game beforehand.
At least the seller should reply my pm and give me an explaination.

Details of the complaint : He sold me a faulty phone claiming its fully working.The charger port is busted so the phone cannot be charged even with other charger.I tried the charger he gave me on other phone and its faulty too!!!! Surely during COD you cant test the charger and I only found out the problem at home.

Initially I threatened to post up all his details here if he does not refund RM30 for fixing the charger port as it will cost me RM60 so I only want him to pay half of the repair fee.

He promised to refund Rm30 to my account on October 6 2009 and on October 12 I checked my account but no money is deposited.Pm him again and he gave a stupid reason saying his wife deposit into wrong account.(HELLO I gave sms my account number dude)

He later promise to bank in money again on Oct 25 2009 but again,no response.So I rush him by pming him.

On October 30,he say his wife bank in already.Since I was busy,I only able to check the money yesterday on November 11.To my amazement this fellow can just bluff like that thinking I am stupid and wont go check the balance.

Pissed off,I sms him on the spot and screw him.He wants to keep the money go ahead.Its just RM30.If its that hard to just pay me back,keep it.I dont give a damn anymore.You all have been warned
